pythagorean triples

one parametric form for Pythagorean triples (sides of a right angled triangle that are all integers) is:


what values for m and n give the 3 , 4 , 5 triangle?
the 5 , 12 , 13?






if m = n + 1 find a form for pythagorean triples where the smallest number is an odd number

show that all of the pythagorean triples that are in an arithmetical sequence (i.e. have a constant gap between them) have to be multiples of the 3 , 4 , 5 triangle
